Hi, I'm Rachel Avery, founder of Madison Signing Services.
Madison Signing Services provides professional notary, loan signing, real estate, transaction coordination, apostille assistance, and document concierge services throughout Southern Indiana. My goal is to deliver dependable, detail-oriented support for individuals, businesses, and real estate professionals with every transaction.
My career has always been rooted in the real estate, mortgage, and title industries. I began in loan origination before spending more than a decade working in title and closing operations with national title companies, gaining extensive experience with residential real estate transactions, loan documentation, and the closing process. I also previously owned and operated a successful mobile notary business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, further strengthening my commitment to providing professional, client-focused service.
Today, I combine that experience with my work as an Indiana commissioned Notary Public, Remote Online Notary (RON), Certified Loan Signing Agent, licensed Indiana Title Producer, and licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. This diverse background allows me to support clients through many aspects of the transaction process (from notarizations and loan signings to real estate services, transaction coordination, apostille assistance, and document concierge services).
Whether I'm helping a family purchase their first home, supporting real estate professionals with transaction coordination, coordinating an apostille, or meeting a client for an important notarization, I believe every client deserves clear communication, professionalism, and personalized service.
